As the Manager for Midway Ridge Owners Association, Inc., I am pleased to inform you of the Annual Election Meeting, which will be on October 3, 2023. The meeting will be online via “GOTO Meeting.” The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association and present information on current affairs of the Association. The meeting is scheduled from 6 PM to 8 PM. Sign-in will start at 6:00pm meeting will start at 6:30pm, and Q&A will be after the meeting! Here is the information to access the meeting:

According to our Bylaws, Article V, Section 5.2, to have a quorum, we must have ten percent (10%) of homeowners present either in person or by proxy.
