Yard of the Month Program

The HOA is excited to announce the launch of our Midway Ridge Yard of the Month program. This program recognizes our homeowners who strive to beautifully maintain their property.

Each month, one home will be selected as the dedicated Midway Ridge Yard of the Month. Monthly winner will be showcased on our community website. Selected homeowner (April through Sept) will be awarded with a $25 gift card and will have the honor of displaying the official Midway Ridge Yard of the Month lawn sign. Selected homeowner (Oct and Dec) will be awarded with a $50 gift card and will have the honor of displaying the official Midway Ridge Yard of the Month lawn sign. This program will award monthly winners during the months of April through September for landscaping, and for holiday decor during the months of October and December.

Yard of the Month (April through September):
Midway Ridge Yard of the Month candidates for landscaping solely based on the exterior appearance of the property as viewed from the street. Yards will be evaluated on neatness, landscaping, and color. Overall appearance and factors include, but are not limited to, tidiness of the front and side yards, pruned/trimmed trees and shrubs, edged lawns, flower beds, and of course plants and flowers!

Yard of the Month (October and December):
Midway Ridge Yard of the Month candidates for decorative awards are also solely based on the exterior appearance of the property as viewed from the street. General maintenance and upkeep of the yard is important. Overall appearance, creativity, and holiday decorating will secure the prize!

October: The Midway Ridge Spooky Yard of the Month award for October features the best Halloween decorations. Judging to take place the 3rd week of October.

December: The Midway Ridge Holiday Yard of the Month award for December features the best holiday decorations. Judging to take place the 2nd week of December.

Midway Ridge Yard of the Month Guidelines

Winners will be selected by an independent representative of our HOA management company overseeing covenant enforcement using criteria below:

• Landscaping awards will be presented for the months of April through September.
• Awards for best Halloween decorations will be presented in October and best Holiday decorations will be presented in December.
• The award term shall last from the first day to the last day of a calendar month.
• Yard of the Month winners must be members of good standing with the Association, current with their Association dues, and free of current HOA covenant violations.
• The Yard of the Month winning home will receive the gift card award and bragging rights!
